Sole Use of two Bed Houseboat Rooms Cost Rs 5000 (only E.P. on basis).
Heating charges from 15th October to 15th April Per bed room, per night cost Rs 350/-
Pickup from Srinagar Airport or Bus Stop/Station available at cost of Rs 900/-

  • All major Credit Cards Accepted, Laundry and Dry Cleaning services, 24 hours Exclusive Room Service, Doctor on call, Money Changer, Travel Desk.
  • More spacious rooms better interiors, furnished rooms with wall to wall carpets, attached bath with running hot and cold water.
  • Shikara Crossings to and fro.
  • Houseboats own power generators with full backup.
  • Wifi internet access in Houseboats.

  • Guests must check in After 12:30 and check out Before 11:30.
  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Vegetarian meals are available.
  • Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.
  • Smoking is permitted in the property.
  • All groups are accepted. 

Payment Conditions- Iram Houseboats

  • A deposit equal to 30.00% of the stay is required.
  • The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
  • Full booking balance can be paid on departure.
  • Payments by cash, cheque, and the following cards:
  • Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge.

Cancellation Policy- Iram Houseboats

  • Free Cancellation up-to 7 days of arrival.
  • If the booking is cancelled less then 7 days, charge will be 100% of cost.
  • In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
